In this module, you will be working on a hands-on activity that will allow you to apply what you have learned in this course to a real-world scenario. The activity for this module is to design a promotion plan for an esports event. An esports event is a competitive video game tournament, usually with several teams competing against each other to win a prize. Esports tournaments can be held online or in person. You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive promotion plan for an esports event. This plan should include objectives, target audience, budget, strategies, and tactics for reaching your objectives. You will also need to consider the various channels that can be used to promote the event, such as social media, email, website, advertising, and so on. By completing this activity, you will gain valuable experience in creating a promotion plan for an event. This knowledge can be applied to any event, including traditional sports events, product launches, conferences, and more.
